Tuesday 28th September 2021
The participants of the meeting were welcomed by the director of SOSU Østjylland, Ms. Anette Schmidt Laursen and the project coordinator, Ms. Bodil Mygind Madsen, SOSU Østjylland, who shortly introduced each participant one by one.
Bodil showed a power point presentation summing up the aims and the main activities of the project. The presentation included the main findings from her visit in the summer 2021 to the four Western Balkan partners, together with the Slovenian partner, who took part in the meeting in Bosnia/Hercegovina and the Spanish partner, who took part in the meeting in Albania.
The presentation will be uploaded to the project Google Drive.
Based on the lessons learned from the meetings in Western Balkan and considering the transfer of money, we have been asked by the European Commission to make from salaries to other budget lines, we have suggested to the Commission some changes in the project activities. One of the changes is the organizing of a conference for representatives from the ministries of education of the four Western Balkan countries aiming at raising their awareness of the importance of VET educations. Another change is that there will be fewer trainings in the four Balkan countries and more training will be integrated in the mobilities of the teachers to the EU countries. Besides, a change in the order of some of the project activities has been agreed on, meaning that mobilities to EU countries will come before trainings in the Balkan countries.
Ms. Anthi Gavriel, STANDO LTD presented the dissemination plan of the project together with the dissemination template to be used by all partners to report their dissemination activities. The project website was also discussed and it was agreed that Anthi will contact the Balkan partners and ask for photos for the website. Her presentation will be uploaded to the project Google Drive.
After that, tandem meetings were taking place between the Balkan partners and their EU-partners, who had prepared the individual agendas for this session. Thus, the items discussed in the groups varied, in total including topics like mobilities of students and teachers, establishment of joint task forces, counselling, career guidance and mentoring in VET, risk analysis and future cooperation after the end of the project period. The Dutch partner met with the Montenegrin partner. The Danish partner (Tradium) met with The Kosovo partner. The Slovenian partner met with the Bosnian/Herzegovinian partner and the Spanish partner met with the Albanian partner.
While these meetings took place, representatives from SOSU, STANDO and EfVET had a meeting about dissemination. They brainstormed on new ideas for activities for dissemination of the project results and also discussed the conference for representatives from Ministries.
After lunch, the participants split in two groups and had a guided tour at SOSU Østjylland.
This was followed by a presentation of the Danish VET system by Mr. Bjarne Lauridsen and Mr. Michael Jacobsen, both representing Tradium. The presentation will be uploaded to the project Google Drive.
After this presentation a new session with bilateral meetings took place. This time the topic was the second mobility of students and teachers and the meetings were held between the Dutch partner and the Bosnian/Herzegovinian partner, the Danish partners (Tradium + SOSU) and the Albanian partner, the Slovenian partner and the Montenegrin partner and Spanish partner and the Kosovo partner.
The representatives from SOSU, STANDO and EfVET continued their meeting about dissemination, the project website and the project learning platform.

Wednesday 29th September 2021
The second day of the meeting took place at Tradium Technical Campus and Tradium City Campus, Randers.
The participants of the meeting were welcomes by Mr. Michael Jacobsen, who also showed a welcoming video with the CEO of Tradium  Mr. Lars Michael Madsen.
Ms. Margrete Larsen, HR Director at the private company, Verdo, gave a presentation of the company and how it works with apprentices to the befits of all parts. Her presentation will be uploaded to the project Google Drive.
The participants were then split in two groups and had the opportunity to visit the following workshops where they also had the opportunity to talk to students and teachers: Building Construction, Metal Department, Auto Mechanic, ICT, Automation and Electricity, Logistics and Transportation, Hotel, Kitchen and Restaurant and Hairdresser.
Finally, Tradium Dormitory was visited. Here the students and teachers going to Tradium will be staying during their mobilities.
After that, the participants - split in two group - visited two local local private companies: a construction company and an ICT company.
The day ended with a dinner prepared by students and staff from the Hotel, Kitchen and Restaurant department of Tradium, but before the dinner an oral evaluation of the first two meeting days took place. Each project partner presented what they found were the main outcomes of the kick off meeting so far. All partners expressed their satisfaction with the organisations and the contents of the meeting and each of them gave concrete examples of things and activities they had seen and which they would try to transfer to their own contexts.

Thursday 30th September 2021:
The participants of the meeting visited a project dealing with the promoting of VET education taking place in the city Ebeltoft at “Fregatten Jylland” - the longest wooden war ship in the world. A presentation of the project was given by Ms. Karen Louise Juhl Christensen  Head of Content, Fregatten Jylland, and after this presentation, it was possible to visit the workshops, where pupils from local primary schools were fulfilling practical tasks related to the building of a catamaran.
The last activity was a traditional Danish lunch at a private home.

Decisions taken and dates agreed on during the meeting:
The next transnational project meeting will take place in Montenegro 10th and 11th May 2022
It was agreed that Pro Alternative will have the mobility to their “secondary tandem partner”, Tradium before their mobility to their “primary tandem partner”, CDEA.
Secondary Vocational School of Electrical Engineering “Vaso Aligrudić”, will have their first mobility in cooperation with Tradium instead of with Landstede.
Also, the Kosovo partner will have mobilities to Tradium.
This means that students and teachers from Kosovo, Montenegro and Albania will go to Tradium for the same period and the period agreed on by all involved parts is 14th March - 8th April 2022. It is a good opportunity for them to be all together and there might also be an opportunity to organize common transportation.
